Door Construction

• Door Face Sheet – A40 Galvannealed / Stainless Steel
• Core – Honeycomb (standard) / Polystyrene/ Polyurethane
• 10 Gage high frequency dual purpose hinge reinforcement with return bend for added strength. Easily converts to accommodate heavy weight hinges.
• Inverted top and bottom channel projection welded to door skins and tack welded at each corner for extra rigidity
• Door closer reinforcement box

Available Sizes:

• All Doors available in 6'8, 7'0 heights
• 2'0 through 3'0 in 2" increments

Standard Lock Preparations + Machining

• 161 Cylindrical Lock Assembly reinforcement with added barrel support projection welded to door edge, in accordance with ANSI A115.2 requirements
• 86 Edge Mortise Lock Preparation reinforcement box with integrated lock support, in accordance with ANSI A115.1 requirements.
• Rim Panic reinforcement box for surface mounted exit device application.
• Machining: To specification

Fire Labels

• Tested and approved by both Intertek Testing Services (ITS Warnock Hersey)
• Doors can be fire labeled for up to 3 hours and installed in an equivalent fire labeled frame with approved fire listed hardware.

• 6” x 9” PVC Kit with Insulated Glass
• 24” x 36” PVC Kit with Insulated Glass and Internal Muttons

Hinge Locations

• Manufactured to match Steelcraft and Amweld brands (see image for technical information)

Handing / Door Swing

• Use either the "Butt to Butt (hinge)" method or our handing chart for fail safe accuracy when determining the handing for an opening
