Fire-Rated Mineral Core Door

  • We have 90, 60 or 45-minute fire rated doors.
  • Discount Door Distributor recommend for interior use in architectural applications such as hotels, office buildings, stairways or corridors.
  • Thirty minute maximum temperature rise does not exceed 250 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • This mineral core is lightweight, easy to lift and is simple to machine and cut.
  • Excellent bondability improves seals on the product and minimizes dust and emissions in the workplace.
  • 5 Ply engineered construction to increase flatness and dimensional stability.  Meets or exceeds industry standards of WDMA I.S.1.
  • Stiles: Laminated Composite to wood (Georgia Pacific), Specific to rating/ edge banding veneer or plastic when matching edges required
  • Rails: Laminated Composite (Georgia Pacific), Specific to rating; Width 1” Minimum
  • Core: Gypsum Mineral
  • Faces: Natural rotary birch or Plain sliced red oak veneer  with MDF base
  • Adhesive: Type – Type - 1 PVA, Interior installation only
  • Acoustical Rating: 33 STC In Operable/ 20 STC Operable (No Seal); 30 STC Operable (with seal/ Pemko S773)
